Ingredients - Serves 4
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Ginger - 1 inch, minced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Sichuan peppercorns - 1 tablespoon
- Dried red chili peppers - 15-20
- Vegetable oil - 1/2 cup
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken thighs - 1 pound, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
