Chocolate Fudge

- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Unsalted butter - 4 tablespoons
- Sweetened condensed milk - 1 can (14 ounces)
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips - 2 cups
