- Semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 cup
- Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Mascarpone cheese - 8 oz
- Strong brewed coffee - 1 cup
- Ladyfingers - 24

- In a shallow dish, pour the brewed coffee and let it cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cheese until well combined.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee, making sure to coat both sides, and arrange them in a single layer in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips over the mascarpone layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and chocolate chips.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the flavors to meld together.
