Chipotle Ranch Burger
A juicy burger with a spicy kick, topped with a creamy chipotle ranch dressing.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Hamburger buns - 4
- Chipotle in adobo sauce - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Ranch dressing - 1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Chipotle powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, chipotle powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Grill the patties for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- In a small bowl, mix the ranch dressing and minced chipotle in adobo sauce.
