Chinese Char Siu Pork Wraps

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Marinate the pork tenderloin in the char siu sauce for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Place the marinated pork tenderloin on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice the pork into thin strips.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat.
  6. Spread a spoonful of char siu sauce on each tortilla.
  7. Layer the sliced pork, cucumber, carrot, green onions, and cilantro on top of the sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle with sriracha sauce, if desired.
  9. Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  10. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve.
