Chinese Char Siu Pork Wraps

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sriracha sauce - To taste
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Green onions - 2, thinly sliced
- Carrot - 1, julienned
- Cucumber - 1, thinly sliced
- Tortillas - 4
- Char siu sauce - 1/2 cup
- Pork tenderloin - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Marinate the pork tenderloin in the char siu sauce for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Place the marinated pork tenderloin on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
