Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, and sliced red bell pepper to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and sriracha sauce.
  5. Add the chicken broth to the pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Divide the cooked ramen noodles between two bowls.
  7. Ladle the chili broth over the noodles.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
