Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sliced bird's eye chili. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sugar.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture into the wok and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add the holy basil leaves and stir-fry for an additional 1 minute until wilted.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
  8. Garnish with additional holy basil leaves, if desired.
