Chicken Torta

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  4. Spread the refried beans on the bottom half of each torta roll.
  5. Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the beans.
  6. Top the chicken with avocado, tomato, and lettuce.
  7. Spread mayonnaise on the top half of each torta roll.
  8. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich. Serve immediately.
