Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, garam masala, and salt to make the marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly. Marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers. Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake the chicken tikka in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
  6. While the chicken is baking, heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until they are slightly softened.
  7. Once the chicken tikka is cooked, remove it from the oven and carefully slide the chicken pieces off the skewers.
  8. Add the cooked chicken tikka to the pan with onions and bell peppers. Toss everything together to combine.
  9. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with lemon wedges.
  10. Enjoy your delicious chicken tikka!
