Chicken Schnitzel

- Lemon wedges - For serving
- Vegetable oil - For frying
- Breadcrumbs - 2 cups
- Eggs - 2
- Flour - 1 cup
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Chicken breasts - 4, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them until they are 1/4 inch thick.

- Dredge each breast in the flour and shake off the excess.
