Chicken Piccata
Chicken Piccata is a classic Italian dish made with a tangy and savory lemon and caper sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Capers - 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
- Chicken broth - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Chicken breasts - 4, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden, about 3 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
