Chicken Marsala Linguine

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour.
  2. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the mushrooms and garlic and cook until the mushrooms are browned and the garlic is fragrant.
  5. Add the Marsala wine and chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to loosen any browned bits.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened, about 10 minutes.
  7. While the chicken is cooking, cook the linguine according to the package instructions.
  8. Serve the chicken and sauce over the cooked linguine, garnished with the chopped parsley.
