Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Chicken broth - 1 cup
- Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
- White wine - 1/2 cup
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Eggs - 2, beaten
- Flour - 1 cup
- Chicken breasts - 4, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dredge in flour and dip in the beaten eggs.
