Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Fry until they turn golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger garlic paste and fry for a few more minutes.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft.
  4. Add the chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, Chettinad masala, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add the chicken pieces to the pan and mix well. Cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Add a cup of water, cover the pan, and cook on low heat for another 20 minutes.
  7. Garnish with curry leaves before serving.
