Chicken Caesar Wrap
A delicious and easy-to-make wrap filled with grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, and creamy Caesar dressing.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Flour tortillas - 4, large
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup, grated
- Caesar dressing - 1/2 cup
- Romaine lettuce - 2 cups, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chicken breasts - 2, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Let it cool, then slice into thin strips.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them up tightly.
- Serve the wraps immediately, or wrap them in foil and refrigerate for later.
