Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, and chicken broth. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes, until slightly tender.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and broccoli.
  6. Stir well to coat everything in the sauce and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
