Chicken Alfredo
A classic Italian dish, Chicken Alfredo is a creamy pasta dish that's sure to impress.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Fettuccine pasta - 8 ounces
- Parmesan cheese - 1 cup, grated
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Chicken breasts - 2, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and add to the pan with the sauce.
- Slice the cooked chicken and add to the pan. Stir until the pasta is coated in the sauce and the chicken is heated through.
- Serve the chicken Alfredo garnished with chopped parsley.
