Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  3. Add the crab and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until the crab turns pink.
  4. Add the fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and freshly ground Kampot pepper. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add the chopped scallions and cilantro, and stir-fry for an additional 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
  7. Serve hot as an appetizer or with steamed rice as a main course.
