Ingredients - Serves 8

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the sour cream and eggs to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  8. Run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen the cheesecake, then remove the sides of the springform pan.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.
  10. Slice and serve chilled. Enjoy!
