Cheese Enchiladas

- Sour cream - For serving
- Chopped cilantro - 1/4 cup
- Chopped onions - 1/2 cup
- Shredded cheese - 2 cups
- Corn tortillas - 8
- Enchilada sauce - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Spread 1/2 cup of the enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
