Cheese Enchiladas

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Spread 1/2 cup of the enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Heat the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat until they are soft and pliable.
  4. Fill each tortilla with a handful of cheese and some onions, then roll up and place seam side down in the baking dish.
  5. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top of the enchiladas, then sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve with sour cream on the side.
