Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard on the bottom half of each croissant.
  4. Layer 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheddar cheese on top of the mustard.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the top half of the croissant on the filling.
  7. Brush the beaten egg over the croissants.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden and the cheese is melted.
