Cheddar Stuffed Meatloaf
A delicious twist on a classic dish, this meatloaf is stuffed with sharp cheddar cheese and topped with a tangy glaze.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
- Ketchup - 1/2 cup
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Milk - 1/2 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Egg - 1
- Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
- Ground beef - 1.5 pounds

- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, milk, half of the cheddar cheese, and salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.

- Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
