  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, milk, half of the cheddar cheese, and salt and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to make the glaze.
  5. Spread the glaze over the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the meatloaf and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the meatloaf is cooked through.
