Char Siew Rice

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Rice - 2 cups, cooked
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced

- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Char siew sauce - 1/2 cup
- Pork shoulder - 1 lb, boneless
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the char siew sauce, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Place the pork shoulder in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it, making sure it is well coated.
