  1. Soak the dried corn in water overnight.
  2. Drain the corn and place it in a large pot with the water, sugar, pineapple, lime juice, cinnamon stick, cloves, and orange leaves.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about an hour, or until the corn is soft and the liquid has thickened slightly.
  4. Remove the cinnamon stick and cloves, then blend the mixture until smooth.
  5. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, then chill in the refrigerator until cold.
  6. Serve the champús over ice, garnished with a slice of lime if desired.
