Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. In a saucepan, combine the agar agar powder and water. Let it soak for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the pandan leaves to the saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the palm sugar and stir until dissolved.
  5. Remove the pandan leaves from the mixture.
  6. Pour the coconut milk into the saucepan and stir well.
  7. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
  8. Pour the mixture into individual serving bowls or molds.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  10. Once set, top with your desired toppings before serving.
