Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the fish, shrimp, and squid.
  2. Add the lime juice and orange juice, making sure the seafood is completely covered. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until the seafood is opaque.
  3. Drain the seafood, reserving some of the marinade.
  4. Add the red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, salt, and pepper to the seafood. Mix well.
  5. Add some of the reserved marinade if desired, and adjust the seasoning as needed.
  6. Serve the ceviche chilled, with tortilla chips or crackers if desired.
