Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated cassava, coconut milk, condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, grated cheese, and sugar. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the coconut flakes on top of the cassava cake.
  7. Slice and serve warm or chilled. Enjoy!
