Cashew Chicken Stir Fry

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the bell peppers and broccoli florets. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
  7. Add the cashews and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
