Casado is a traditional Costa Rican meal. It consists of rice, black beans, plantains, salad, a tortilla, and an optional protein such as chicken, beef, pork, or fish.

- Chicken - 4 breasts
- Tortillas - 4
- Mixed salad - 4 cups
- Plantains - 2, sliced
- Black beans - 2 cups, cooked
- Rice - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
