  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Beat in the eggs until the dough comes together.
  4. Fold in the toasted almonds and pine nuts.
  5. On a floured surface, shape the dough into a log and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the log is golden brown.
  7. Remove the log from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, slice it into 1/2-inch thick slices.
  8. Place the slices back on the baking sheet and bake for another 10 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy.
  9. Let the carquinyolis cool before serving.
