Carne de Porco À Alentejana

- Clams - 500 g, fresh
- Pork loin - 1 kg, cut into cubes

- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the pork and its marinade, and cook until the pork is browned on all sides.

- Add the clams to the pan, cover, and cook until they open.
- Sprinkle the dish with the chopped coriander before serving.
