  1. Clean the crabs thoroughly.
  2. In a large pot, heat the palm oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and onions and sauté until they are soft.
  4. Add the tomatoes and green peppers and cook until they are soft.
  5. Add the crabs to the pot and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the coconut milk, salt, and pepper. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
  7. Add the coriander and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve the Caranguejada hot with rice on the side.
