  5. Add the stale bread and fish stock. Stir until the bread is completely soaked and starts to break down.
  6. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Stir in the chopped coriander and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve the Açorda de Marisco hot, garnished with extra coriander if desired.
