Caramel Apple Pie

Ingredients - Serves 8
- Coarse sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Caramel sauce - 1/2 cup
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Apples - 6 cups, peeled and sliced
- Pie crust - 2, ready-made
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Place one pie crust in the bottom of a pie dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and lemon juice. Toss until the apples are well coated.
- Pour the apple mixture into the pie crust. Drizzle with the caramel sauce.
