Caprese Omelette

- Fresh basil leaves - A handful
- Tomatoes - 2 medium, sliced
- Fresh mozzarella cheese - 1/2 cup, sliced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Eggs - 4
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook until it starts to set, about 2-3 minutes.
- Arrange the mozzarella slices, tomato slices, and basil leaves on one half of the omelette.
- Fold the other half of the omelette over the filling.
