Camarones al Ajillo

Camarones al Ajillo, or Garlic Shrimp, is a popular Spanish tapas dish which is often served as an appetizer, but it is also good enough to eat as a main course. In this recipe, shrimp is cooked with lots of garlic and served with a sauce made from garlic, olive oil, and chili flakes.

  2. Add the minced garlic and chili flakes to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
