  3. Spread the tomato sauce over half of the dough, leaving a border around the edge.
  4. Top with the mozzarella cheese, ham, and mushrooms.
  5. Fold the dough over to enclose the filling and crimp the edges to seal.
  6. Brush the top of the calzone with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
