  2. Grill the carne asada for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
  3. Warm the flour tortillas on the grill or in a dry skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Place a tortilla on a clean surface and layer with carne asada, french fries, cheddar cheese, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly to form a burrito.
  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Serve the California burritos with lime wedges on the side.
