Ingredients - Serves 4
- Lime wedges - For serving
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Guacamole - 1/4 cup
- Sour cream - 1/4 cup
- Salsa - 1/2 cup
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Flour tortillas - 4 large
- French fries - 2 cups, cooked
- Carne asada - 1 pound, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Grill the carne asada for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
