Cabbage and Sausage Stir Fry
This delicious stir-fry combines cabbage and sausage for a flavorful and satisfying meal.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Green onions - 2, sliced (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 medium, thinly sliced
- Cabbage - 1 small head, shredded
- Sausage - 1 lb, sliced
Let's Get Started
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add the shredded cabbage and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
- Return the sausage to the skillet and add the soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
