Cabbage and Broccoli Stir Fry

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced cabbage and broccoli florets to the skillet and stir fry for 5-7 minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly.
