- Betel leaves - 20 leaves
- Ground beef - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Take a small amount of the beef mixture and spread it onto a betel leaf. Roll the leaf around the beef, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Repeat with the remaining beef and leaves.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and lightly oil the grates.
