Ingredients - Serves 4
- Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
- Egg noodles - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the egg noodles and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the noodles, reserving a cup of the pasta water.
- Return the noodles to the pot and add the butter, salt, and pepper. Stir until the butter is melted and the noodles are evenly coated.
- If the noodles seem dry, add some of the reserved pasta water.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
