Butter Tart

- Raisins - 1/2 cup
- Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Eggs - 2
- Brown sugar - 1 cup
- Butter - 1/2 cup, melted
- Pastry dough - 1 batch
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and roll out the pastry dough.
- Cut out circles and press them into a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and vinegar until smooth.
- Divide the raisins among the pastry shells, then pour the butter mixture over top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the filling is set.
- Let the tarts cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
