  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and roll out the pastry dough.
  2. Cut out circles and press them into a muffin tin.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and vinegar until smooth.
  4. Divide the raisins among the pastry shells, then pour the butter mixture over top.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the filling is set.
  6. Let the tarts cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
