  1. If using frozen lobster tails, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. In a large pot, bring the water to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Add the butter, one piece at a time, stirring until it melts before adding the next piece.
  4. Once all the butter has melted, add the lobster tails. Cook for about 7-8 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through and opaque.
  5. Remove the lobster from the pot and set aside. Stir the lemon juice into the butter mixture in the pot.
  6. Season the lobster with salt and pepper, then pour the butter mixture over the top.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
