  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, yogurt, milk, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  2. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 1 hour.
  3. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll each portion into a ball.
  4. Preheat a skillet or tawa over medium heat.
  5. Take one dough ball and roll it into a circle of about 6-8 inches in diameter.
  6. Place the rolled naan on the preheated skillet and cook for about 1 minute, or until bubbles start to form on the surface.
  7. Flip the naan and cook for another minute.
  8. Brush the cooked naan with melted butter and sprinkle with minced garlic and chopped cilantro.
  9. Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
  10. Serve the butter naan warm with your favorite curry or dip.
