Burrito
This delicious chicken burrito is filled with seasoned chicken, rice, beans, and all your favorite toppings.
Ingredients - Serves 2
- Shredded cheese - 1/2 cup
- Salsa - 1/4 cup
- Sour cream - 1/4 cup
- Sliced avocado - 1
- Diced onions - 1/4 cup
- Diced tomatoes - 1/2 cup
- Shredded lettuce - 1 cup
- Tortillas - 2 large
- Canned black beans - 1 cup, drained and rinsed
- Cooked rice - 1 cup
- Taco seasoning - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken breast - 2, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Season the chicken breasts with taco seasoning on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice it into strips.
- Warm the tortillas in the oven for a few minutes.
- In the center of each tortilla, layer the cooked rice, black beans, sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, avocado, sour cream, salsa, and shredded cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly.
- Serve the chicken burritos warm and enjoy!
