Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic and cook until the onions are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the tomatoes and potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the fish stock and white wine. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Add the mixed seafood to the pot. Cover and cook for 20 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the buridda hot, garnished with parsley.
