Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, heat some oil and add the curry powder.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and brown them on all sides.
  3. Add the garlic and onion and cook until they are soft.
  4. Add the tomatoes, potatoes, chicken stock, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are soft.
  6. Cut the loaf of bread in half and hollow out the inside.
  7. Pour the curry into the hollowed-out bread and serve.
