Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced spam and sausages, and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Add the minced garlic, sliced onion, and chopped kimchi. Stir fry for a few minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Mix well to coat the ingredients.
  5. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the instant ramen noodles and tofu slices. Cook for a few minutes until the noodles are cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
