Broccoli and Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes, until crisp-tender.
  6. Return the shrimp to the skillet and pour the sauce over the shrimp and broccoli. Stir to coat everything evenly.
  7. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened slightly.
